Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Reimbursement Senior Representative to join our team in a hybrid work environment. As a key member of our Accounts Receivable team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing and reimbursement processes for our Specialty Pharmacy, Accredo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review claims to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with payor requirements.
  • Pursue collection activities to obtain reimbursement from patients and/or payors.
  • Communicate effectively with payors and patients to resolve billing inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve billing and reimbursement goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in billing and reimbursement.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and pharmacy practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
