Job Summary

The Account Manager serves as a key liaison between ITS Logistics and our valued clients. This role involves managing client communication, reporting, and improving client-specific performance, as well as operating as a liaison between warehouse operations and the ITS clerical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Client Services Representatives, supporting various client accounts and providing day-to-day direction and support
  • Act as an escalation point for account-related questions and issues
  • Provide proactive and positive communication to clients on account performance, key issues, improvements, and business changes
  • Perform weekly audits of client billing to ensure accuracy and reduce revenue leakage
  • Collaborate with the warehouse operations leadership team to improve the overall client experience
  • Assist in creating and maintaining client-specific standard operating procedures

Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and five+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer service environment with WMS/ERP systems experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, advanced problem resolution skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
