Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations on MAC products.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets for the MAC brand, contributing to the overall success of the store.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest MAC products, trends, and techniques, sharing your expertise with customers and colleagues.
  • Store Standards: Maintain a high level of store standards, including cleanliness, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in the cosmetics industry, preferably in a sales or artist role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and sales acumen.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Cosmetology or demonstrator license (where required by state law).
