Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and oversight for on-site field administration and technical management of construction operations. This includes direct supervision of foremen, subcontractors, and other construction personnel, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with project teams to plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
  • Monitor and manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a construction or related field, with a focus on site management and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
