Job Summary:

Truwest Credit Union is seeking a MSR III - Member Services Representative to provide technical and clerical support to the Member Services Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to exchange moderate to complex information to staff and members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and clerical support to the Member Services Department
  • Assist branch/department staff on inquiries regarding member accounts
  • Interface with TruWest dispute vendor, plastics vendor, and internal departments
  • Have a thorough understanding of TruWest's products and services offered
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to staff and members while exhibiting professionalism in dress, appearance, and behavior
  • Adhere to all TruWest Human Resource policies
  • Follow credit union policies for compliance with all laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience as an MSR II, Product Support Specialist, or similar related experience
  • Good verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet expected timelines
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Akcelerant, and Outlook
