Key Responsibilities:

- Design and enforce risk management plans and strategies for mitigation.
- Track and assess risk patterns, providing insights and recommendations to upper management.
- Guarantee compliance with sector regulations and internal guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to weave risk management practices into daily operations.
- Compile and deliver risk evaluation reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Guide and supervise a team of risk management professionals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in risk evaluation, management, or a comparable position.
- In-depth understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Capability to articulate complex risk concepts in a clear and effective manner.
- Experience in leadership and team management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Manager, Certified Risk Management Professional) are advantageous.
