Job Title: Critical Facilities Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Facilities Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Glotel Inc. This role will involve managing operations and construction planning at an enterprise-scale critical facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily site walks and review maintenance, break/fix, and project tickets.
  • Manage vendors and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Lead construction and project meetings, contributing to collaborative solutions.
  • Operate facility infrastructure and ensure continuous availability.
  • Provide reports as required and maintain budgetary awareness.
  • Dedicate 10-20% of time to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in AC/DC power systems, UPS, generators, rectifiers, and cooling systems.
  • Knowledge of building management systems, fire systems (pre-action, gaseous, VESDA), and security systems.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in working with vendors, A/E, and contractors.
  • 3-7 years in operating, designing, and maintaining large-scale production data centers/critical facilities.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer demands.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Technology Requirements:

  • Familiarity with building management systems and lab environment operations.
