About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our buildings and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and management
  • Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required, on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • 1 year of similar work experience
