About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our Anytime Fitness team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members and the community
  • Provide personalized training and coaching solutions to customers
  • Train and develop the coaching team
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales or management experience in the fitness industry
