Fitness Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our Anytime Fitness team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and the community
- Provide personalized training and coaching solutions to customers
- Train and develop the coaching team
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions
