We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our team at Cirrus Asset Management in Woodland Hills, CA. This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining a general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Verify and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable – per property
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status – per property
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with our established schedule
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
  • Review all inter-company transactions
  • Assist with property audits
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field, and 1-3 years of experience in residential accounting. You should have a high level of proficiency in accounting software and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits:
