Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment, and visually inspecting tools and machinery.
  • Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs for buildings.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as needed.
  • Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts using approved communication protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some experience in general maintenance, surface preparation, and painting preferred.
  • Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.
  • Driver's license required.
