Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and service in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve guest repair requests with minimal supervision.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment and buildings.
- Maintain inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
- Communicate with guests and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent and vocational or technical background.
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
- Valid Driver's License and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification.
- Experience in general maintenance, surface preparation, and painting.
