Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Project Manager to lead our strategic projects and drive business transformation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring project performance against key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end management of strategic projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project performance against key business metrics.
  • Use industry-standard best practices to assure performant delivery of project objectives, milestones, and deliverables, as well as champion compliance with all operational processes.
  • Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, including executive leadership, departmental managers, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and status updates.
  • Facilitate decision-making on project issues that impact scope, business value, risk, and resources.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement project management best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with Change Manager and leadership team to develop and implement change management plans to support successful project implementation and adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or relevant degree required.
  • 7 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise projects from inception through to delivery, communicating with various stakeholders including executive leadership.
  • Experience effectively collaborating with technical stakeholders such as engineering and IT on large enterprise projects.
  • Exceptional skills in written, verbal, and active listening communication.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, be a team player, and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Proven ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; resilient and tenacious.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and web-based tools.
  • Basic knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting, with proficiency in utilizing remote project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional certification an asset.
  • Ability to look at initiatives from a consultative approach, understand viewpoints from both sides of the table, and recommend appropriate actions to progress forward or resolve conflicts.
  • Large group facilitation experience preferred.
  • Process Mapping experience preferred.
  • Experience in high growth environments.
  • SaaS environment/background desirable.
