Join Our Team as a Learning and Organizational Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) team as an intern. As a LOD intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our staff to cultivate and maintain Third Way's culture of learning and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain internal communications and scheduling for Third Way University courses
  • Coordinate events and connection points for the Fellowship and Internship programs
  • Work with our Communications team on branding elements of LOD initiatives
  • Assist in the long-term development of the TWU curriculum
  • Evaluate the current Fellows Program for opportunities to enhance mentorship, training, and alums engagement
Requirements:
  • Current student or recent graduate with an interest in employee development and organizational strategy-building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
