The Procurement Specialist is responsible for acquiring designated products, ensuring timely delivery from assigned vendors, and maintaining accurate order records. This role involves various clerical tasks related to procurement as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing a reliable and precise system for tracking purchase orders.
- Providing a weekly report to management detailing invoice numbers for all completed orders.
- Collaborating with the management team to guarantee that all deliveries meet the specified orders and addressing any back orders or missing items.
- Communicating effectively with management to ensure the accuracy of all orders.
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in invoicing with suppliers.
- Complying with Quality Systems and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining regular and predictable attendance is a fundamental aspect of this role.

Education and Experience
