Job Responsibilities:

Key Duties:
● Build and sustain excellent client relationships, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and expectations.
● Conduct monthly site inspections to verify adherence to company standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
● Document inspection findings and address any deficiencies within the SLA timeframe.
● Ensure employee compliance with company timekeeping protocols.
● Conduct walk-throughs and estimates with potential clients, identifying opportunities for additional services.
● Monitor and confirm that scheduled services are completed, addressing customer complaints promptly and effectively.
● Manage and reduce overtime within the designated region, notifying relevant departments of staffing changes.
● Be available for emergency situations and calls during evenings and weekends.
● Oversee the profitability of all service locations within the assigned region.


Key Qualifications:
● Proven success in managing and leading teams within the commercial cleaning sector.
● Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
● Results-driven, capable of resolving challenges and emergencies swiftly.
● Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
● Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
● Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
