Job Summary

The Kentucky Lottery Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager – Media and Advertising to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid media campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the overall media and advertising strategy in collaboration with the Agency of Record.
  • Oversee the relationship with the Agency of Record, including establishing and overseeing processes and procedures for advertising workflows, media management, and reporting.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar media budgets and billing processes.
  • Develop and maintain media project schedules, content calendars, and operational tasks.
  • Oversee the KLC's social media strategy, including organic social media, social media advertising, and emerging platforms and technologies.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to communicate media investment return and share of voice/market data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years' marketing experience with a focus on advertising and paid media.
  • Supervisory experience, including effective performance management, coaching, and counseling.
  • Proven experience quantifying traditional and digital marketing effectiveness and profitability.
  • Experience in buying, analyzing, and/or selling media.
Working Conditions
  • Office environment – Hybrid in accordance with KLC policies.
  • Travel – Minimal.
