Job Title: Office Coordinator for Leadership Team

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.

The Dougherty County School System is seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all functions of the office, including compiling and analyzing data, coordinating multiple concurrent activities, and interacting with individuals and groups at most levels in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain calendar for the Deputy Superintendent; schedule meetings as needed. Perform internal and external office communication: email, voicemail and miscellaneous written correspondence (to include general clerical responsibilities). Greet and assist parents, students, staff and community in person and by telephone, in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner. Coordinate residency verifications, enrollment for incoming students, out-of-state field trips and school fundraisers, tribunal documentation, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a school office or related setting is required. An Associate's Degree in Business Office Technology or related field, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field, is preferred.
