Job Description

Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical direction and implementation of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering and Design: Support requirements gathering workshops, document requirements, and design implementation plans for select capabilities. Partner with the process team to design effective/scalable solutions addressing business requirements.
  • Technical SME Knowledge: Provide Technical SME knowledge for Salesforce Platform. Ensure standard framework for E2E solution architecture and ensure alignment architecture standards. Inventory and disposition set of key technical design decisions.
  • Architectural Decisions: Responsible for designing, reviewing, and approving architectural decisions related to Salesforce instance. Crafting design as needed for technical matters in relation to the org. Research and vetting of technical solutions to determine optimal approaches.
  • Quality Control and Code Reviews: Approval on decisions related to schema, integrations, and other custom developments. Quality control and code reviews to assure consistent high-quality deliverables related to development. Ownership of source code repository and development management approach within the project (Sandboxes, metadata backups, SFDX).
  • Team Management: Manage the development team. Expertise in Configuration elements including Workflows, Validation rules, Process Builder, Expertise in Apex and Visualforce, Lightning knowledge and experience. Experienced in creating interfaces using web services and REST APIs.
  • Solution Design Review and Validation: Work with the team to review existing design and implementation documentation. Solution Design Review and Validation based on industry best practices and Salesforce standards.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Salesforce Product with Experience Cloud, Health Cloud
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products, customization, development, and integration into other systems
  • Experience leading a development team, ensuring best practices in development and integration are adhered to
  • Knowledge on implementation of HCP portal on experience cloud and experience on Health cloud
  • Expertise in User Journey preparations, data modeling, apex design patterns, LWC and other UI techniques
