We are in the process of constructing a cloud-native microservices architecture from the ground up, enabling engineering teams to expedite the creation of production-ready cloud-native microservices.

Serve as a Technical Lead to develop libraries, frameworks, and platforms that address core functionalities and cross-cutting microservices requirements.
Design and implement new features, uphold high code quality through testing, code reviews, and metrics, and focus on continuous improvement across all aspects of the development lifecycle.
Investigate new tools and cloud-native technologies from the Java ecosystem, CNCF, Spring, Apache, and others.Create proof of concepts and offer recommendations for integration into our offerings.
Make informed decisions regarding code quality and deliver solutions that add value to our business.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and engineers to define product vision and objectives.
Qualifications We Seek:
MS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Full Stack Engineer with a robust understanding and experience in core Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Distributed and Cloud Native microservices development.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and related front-end technologies.Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Redux, Webpack, etc.
Strong grasp of responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
Solid understanding and experience in core Java, Spring Boot, Reactive Fundamentals, and Distributed and Cloud Native microservices development.
Experience with distributed messaging systems, Docker/Kubernetes, Cloud Computing platforms, and DevOps tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience addressing both technical and business audiences.
Adept at understanding and effectively debugging both new and existing solutions.
Strong technical aptitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to technological advancements.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with diverse global teams.
Familiarity with search platforms such as Elasticsearch, Solr, OpenSearch.
Experience with messaging solutions like Kafka, JMS, etc.
Experience with Cloud Services on platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.
Experience with Kubernetes (Deployment, Pods, HPA, Helm charts, etc.).
Experience in API development and management.
Experience with Streaming platforms such as Apache Flume, Flink is a plus.
Experience with Complex event processing technologies such as Esper, Wso2, Flink is a plus.
Experience with AIML frameworks and libraries such as Keras, PyTorch, Spacy, NLTK, etc. is a plus.
Experience with Model hubs such as Hugging Face, TensorHub, etc. is a plus.
