We are in search of a forward-thinking and highly driven Senior Program Manager (PM) for Internal Communications to spearhead and enhance the SDS Communications Team on a global scale. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-oriented internal communications expert to significantly contribute to our top-tier SDS customer service team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of internal communication specialists in support of SDS on a global level.
  • Develop and produce engaging communication content that is persuasive and effective across various channels.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of strategic communication plans that align with global initiatives across different SDS programs.
  • Build and maintain proactive relationships with key stakeholders across diverse business sectors and geographical locations.
  • Assist stakeholders in communication strategy to ensure timely and relevant employee-facing communications reach the appropriate audience through suitable channels.
  • Establish high communication standards and guide contributors on writing for specific platforms (e.g., email, intranet, video), while creating standard templates for self-service.
  • Drive engagement and interaction across all internal communication platforms as part of our comprehensive global communications strategy.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of communication effectiveness and report on outcomes.
  • Manage competing projects and requests, ensuring focus remains on strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of program or project management experience.
  • Proven experience in owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience utilizing data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Group Manager or Operations Manager supporting Amazon Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SIM, Asana, Quip, Microsoft Office Suite, and Teams.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in internal communications, change management, or professional communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective communication content with minimal revisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence employees at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing priorities effectively.
  • Experience in producing both digital content and written, video, or visual communication materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional business communication skills.
  • Experience in executive communications.
  • Proven track record of driving change and influencing organizations through effective communication strategies.
  • Strategic problem-solving abilities with foresight to anticipate potential challenges.
  • Strong judgment in ambiguous situations requiring urgent decision-making.
  • Proven capacity to think strategically and implement ideas from conception to evaluation.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
