Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to lead our food service team at Wyant Woods Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the culinary team to ensure delivery of high-quality food services to residents.
- Develop and implement menus and recipes that meet the nutritional needs of residents.
- Supervise and train culinary staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Manage food budgets and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of food services.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance food services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare food service environment, with management experience preferred.
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Experience with nutritional care software applications preferred.
