Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at Fabletics Retail in Frisco, TX. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience to our customers, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores.

As a Store Associate, you will work closely with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates to provide personalized service, product knowledge, and a welcoming store environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Embodying our company culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
  • Actively engaging customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Driving customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicating inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintaining store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
  • Actively participating in feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Striving for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintaining personal sales and achieving sales goals.
  • Maintaining all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
  • Unpacking boxes for inventory as required, with boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator.
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
