Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Aramark. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of food preparation and service, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Lead the preparation and service of food items, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all food and supplies are stocked and available as needed.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a food service leadership role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Certifications: Serve Safe Certification required.
