We are looking for a meticulous and committed Receivables Management Specialist to enhance our finance department. The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering exceptional client support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring precise record-keeping. This position also includes assisting the Global Accounts Receivables Supervisor with daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collections: Conduct professional outbound collection communications via calls and emails while fostering and enhancing customer relationships. Ensure timely collection of customer payments in line with established due dates. Customer Support: Engage with clients regarding billing issues and inquiries, providing prompt and effective customer service. Dispatch communications to clients to promote the settlement of overdue accounts. Record Maintenance: Accurately document data through correspondence and uphold the integrity of client billing system records. Process collections to client accounts and confirm the correctness of calculations, balances, and related documentation. Account Reconciliation: Execute account reconciliations and monitor assigned accounts along with relevant collection reports. Aid in the preparation of daily cash collection reports. Problem Resolution: Identify factors contributing to account delinquencies and discuss these with management. Ensure timely follow-up on payment arrangements. Journal Entries: Record journal entries as necessary and ascertain currency exchange rates for deposited funds. Support Functions: Provide assistance to the Global Accounts Receivables Supervisor with various tasks and special projects as required. Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1 to 2 years in accounts receivables. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).

Benefits:

The annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000. Salary may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
