Job Description

A client is seeking a REMOTE Insurance Sales Agent for a direct hire opportunity. The client is an insurtech start-up focused on building industry-leading solutions that make insurance easy for everyone.

Our embedded insurance solutions bring leading insurance brands into the apps and ecosystems consumers use to find, compare, and purchase personal insurance, leveraging their personal data.

This agent will be a central part of our ambitious Sales engine, proposing risk management strategies that expertly fit each customer's risk profile.

They will be expected to sell new policies every month, navigate dozens of insurers' products and agent portals to find the best insurance options, and work in an INBOUND sales role with no cold calling or lead generation.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience within insurance
  • Property and Casualty License (P&C) - must be licensed in more than 15 states
  • Call Center experience/working in a high call volume
  • Stable work history
  • Comfortable with working one of these shifts: Tues-Sat 12p-9p EDT OR Sun-Thursday 12p-9p EDT (possible change after 1 year)
  • Brokerage experience with multiple carriers and P&C Licensed in all 50 states
