As a Branch Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the achievement of location sales and margin goals, ensuring positive customer experience, and upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales and Margin Goals: Assist in achieving location sales and margin goals by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, making Hertz the number one car rental company in customer experience.
  • Individual Sales Goals: Meet individual sales goals and customer service goals by utilizing business-to-business sales tactics and providing excellent customer service.
  • Facility and Vehicle Maintenance: Uphold company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customers, and clean and service facilities/vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Multitasking: Possess strong communication and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Driving and Navigation: Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles and read and understand driving directions and maps.
  • Language and Education: Proficiency in English and a valid driver's license in good standing. High School diploma or general equivalency diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
