Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our Branch Operations team. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support, process routine audits, and maintain partnerships with HR Generalists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new hire onboarding, including reviewing backgrounds, tracking progress, and completing documentation.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports using Workday, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews and capturing employment experience and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, reports, and employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Branch Operations HR team, including responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Administer routine new hire surveys, collect results, and distribute to HR Generalists.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including providing weekly reports and status updates to HR Generalists.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or two years equivalent experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards and confidentiality in sensitive matters.
  • Proficient in HR software systems and the Microsoft Office suite, with Workday experience preferred.
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to shifting priorities and business needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
