Job Summary

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in assessing the nutritional status of our patients and developing personalized nutrition plans to improve their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients with various health conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and screenings to identify patients at risk for malnutrition or other nutrition-related complications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in nutrition and dietetics to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
  • Registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical dietetics role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
