  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of creative project management, content creation, marketing processes, and media plans.
  • Efficiency and Improvement: Passion for efficiency and improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Stellar communication skills and strong leadership presence.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Workfront, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar PM software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
