Project/Program Manager II

We are seeking a skilled Project/Program Manager II to lead a 6-month contract in a fast-paced sales environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategically building sales plans, processing orders, and optimizing ongoing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to assist in the pre-sale cycle
  • Build client presentations, media schedules, and post-campaign recaps
  • Input planning details and process insertion orders in the order management system
  • Partner with Ad Operations to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and work with client and internal teams to optimize

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience working with media (selling or buying)
  • Experience with broadcast, audio, or digital sales
  • Familiarity with media buying concepts (KPIs, CPMs, etc.) and a general understanding of the sales process
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with excellent accountability and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented
  • Experience using OMS/CRM software
  • Passion for podcasts
