Key Responsibilities- Manage and replenish all necessary office supplies for the facility.
- Procure essential production materials required for operational departments.
- Apply blueprint interpretation skills to assemble job documentation.
- Collaborate with New Product Development to secure items needed for prototypes and initial production runs.
- Coordinate with accounts payable to accurately categorize purchased goods.
- Monthly reconciliation of production office credit card transactions.
- Assist in arranging travel for production personnel as required.
- Provide support to production teams and execute assigned tasks and additional responsibilities as necessary.
Ideal candidates should be exceptionally detail-oriented, possess strong computer proficiency, demonstrate excellent communication abilities, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit robust problem-solving skills.
Education and ExperienceA solid understanding of computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Prior relevant experience is advantageous. Skills in blueprint interpretation are preferred but not mandatory if the candidate shows a willingness to learn.
