Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars for executives, coordinating and prioritizing a high volume of meetings, travel arrangements, and events with efficiency and precision.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and offsites, ensuring all logistics are handled, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and the business, taking proactive steps to address challenges, resolve conflicts, and streamline operations before issues arise.
- Own the planning and execution of company events, offsites, and team-building activities.
- Provide support on special projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with the management of key company initiatives.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve administrative processes, creating efficiencies and simplifying workflows for executives and the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Support Specialist, Administrative Director, or related role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic setting with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Highly flexible and comfortable with adapting to changing priorities.
- Able to maintain a professional demeanor in both internal and external interactions, even in high-pressure situations.
