Job Title: Bilingual P&C Insurance Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual P&C Insurance Agent to join our team at Mass Markets. As a Bilingual P&C Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers, utilizing your excellent communication skills and product knowledge to meet their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Escalate complex customer issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Utilize product knowledge and sales skills to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their insurance policies and coverage
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service performance metrics

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts to customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • State or federal work experience
