We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Spa Coordinator to join our team at Equinox in Woodland Hills. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our spa facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized guest service, including greeting guests, orienting them to the spa facilities, and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Interview, hire, and coach staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement effective outreach marketing strategies to promote our spa services.
- Manage daily spa operations, including inventory management, goal setting, and budget monitoring.
- Conduct orientation tours, explain spa amenities, and provide detailed information about treatments, packages, and services.
- Actively promote our spa, treatments, services, and programming promotions to drive business growth.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker and facility areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in spa operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
