Job Title: Certified Field Performance Technician

Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex service diagnosis to resolve issues with solar energy systems.
  • Train and develop other Field Performance team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor, and Branch Manager to allocate labor resources and prioritize service and warranty projects.
  • Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new members of the field performance team.
  • Regularly exceed defined goals for field performance key performance indicators, including turnaround time, experience rating, and average dispatches completed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of previous field construction experience, with at least 1 year of experience as a service technician in the solar industry.
  • High School diploma required.
  • PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
  • Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman license required.
