Job Summary

Mirion Medical is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests
  • Resolve customer issues from start to finish, following up with various departments and stakeholders
  • Input data into dosimetry database, including customer inquiries, contacts, new orders, changes, and cancellations
  • Utilize multiple internal systems to provide quality customer service
  • Provide feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or science-related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a sedentary environment with occasional light physical effort. The noise level in the work environment is usually medium.
