Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of Guest Service associates, and ensuring consistent quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Guest Service associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient registration and check-out processes, utilizing our computer system to input and retrieve information.
  • Promote Crescent and brand-specific marketing programs, making informed decisions to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Code electronic keys, confirm room numbers and rates, and provide welcome folders to guests.
  • Close out guest accounts at check-out, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
