Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Grant Murphy - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of State Farm's insurance products and services.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to identify and meet the insurance needs of customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
