  • Develop innovative sales strategies to identify and secure new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs, with experience using agency management systems a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a high school diploma required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented sales approach and effective collaboration skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings.

Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings.
