Job Opportunity at HomeServices Insurance
We are seeking a professional Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at HomeServices Insurance. As a full-time sales position, this role is responsible for supporting our marketing campaign goal of One Stop Shopping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit new business sales and services existing customers accounts.
- Identify and contact realty and non-realty lead sources to assess, recommend and secure appropriate insurance coverage.
- Foster and maintain professional networking relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty License required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent sales and marketing skills.
- Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, coverages, rates, markets and applicable insurance laws/codes.
- Working knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent automation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of real estate, title, and/or mortgage businesses preferred.
- Appropriate state agent/broker personal lines insurance license.
Experience:
- Two years' successful personal lines insurance sales experience.
