About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Entering Wellness Mental Health, LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to adults and children in need of mental health support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized skill-building training to clients in their homes or community settings, using evidence-based practices and curriculums.
  • Offer support and crisis/emergency services to clients and their families through face-to-face contact, phone contact, or on-call availability.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services provided, adhering to regulatory and agency standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other support systems to ensure their needs are met and goals are achieved.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents with behavioral challenges.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and access to a computer/laptop at home.
