About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team at Entering Wellness Mental Health, LLC. As a QMHP, you will play a vital role in providing strengths-based trainings and services to adults and children with behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skill-building training in the home or community, utilizing evidence-based practices and curriculums.
  • Offer support and crisis/emergency services for clients and their families through face-to-face contact, phone contact, or on-call system.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic record, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, family members, and community partners to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with court/probation, tribal/community agencies, and other natural support systems to meet client needs.
  • Assist clients in practicing effective communication, problem-solving, and anger management techniques.
  • Participate in staff meetings, monthly trainings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services for children/adolescents with behavioral challenges.
  • Registered nurse or equivalent experience.
