Job Title: Senior Manager Customer Support

At Zebra Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Customer Support to join our team. As a key member of our customer support organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer champions and supervisors to deliver exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer champions and supervisors to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer pain points.
  • Manage and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Fluent level of English (written and verbal) and local language as applicable.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft business applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of the region and product lines supported.
  • Prior experience in Workforce Scheduling and Timekeeping application support.
  • Ability to pull statistical data and present to leadership.
