Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and deploy various hardware components, including desktops, laptops, servers, and related peripherals.
  • Provide on-site technical support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring optimal technology performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, updates, and system checks to guarantee peak performance and security.
  • Maintain precise records of hardware inventory, installations, and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring detailed documentation for future reference.
  • Assist clients in effectively utilizing their hardware and software resources, providing basic training as needed.
  • Document, track, and prioritize support incidents through a ticketing system, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks.
  • A strong desire to advance, learn new applications, and develop new skills.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in PC support and familiarity with O365.
  • Understanding of low-voltage cabling standards, types, and usage scenarios.
  • A general knowledge of various hardware platforms, cloud services, and business applications.
