Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our CEO and Senior Leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and presentations for the CEO and Senior Leadership team.
- Manage workflow and coordinate projects that involve working with internal management and staff.
- Stay up-to-date on trends, changes, and policies in the field, as well as community news.
- Support the CEO and Senior Director of Operations and Administration in all functions related to facilities and operations.
- Oversee agency facilities, security, and IT needs in coordination with the CEO.
Requirements:
- HS diploma and/or Associates degree.
- Minimum two years' experience working as an Administrative Assistant.
- Ability to communicate effectively and with sensitivity.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
