Educational Leader for Academic Excellence

We are looking for a dedicated Teacher who will deliver exceptional instruction and assess student growth. As a member of our team, you will be part of an environment that encourages constant learning and proactively provides academic and cultural support to your school and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement year-long Texas State standards-based unit plans and lesson plans that meet all students' learning needs.
- Use assessment data to modify short and long-term plans to promote academic performance.
- Cultivate and maintain working relationships with students and families based on trust and respect.
- Participate in daily school functions such as morning, lunch, and afternoon supervisory duties.
Qualifications and Benefits
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and demonstrated knowledge of the core subject area assigned. A valid Texas Teacher's certificate is required for Pre-K4 and Special Education teaching positions. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package, including competitive vacation and flexible paid time off (PTO) policies, paid parental leave, and medical, dental, and vision plans with varying coverage for employees and their families.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000, with opportunities to earn more based on experience at an accredited K-12 institution. The Teacher Career Pathway rewards individual teacher impact with up to $15,000 in additional annual compensation. You may also be eligible for up to an additional $32,000 a year through the TEA Teacher Incentive Allotment.
