About the Role

This position involves delivering exceptional instruction and assessing student growth. You will be dedicated to constant learning, proactively providing academic and cultural support to your school and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instructional Delivery and Assessment:
    • Develop year-long standards-based unit plans and lesson plans tailored to meet all students' learning needs.
    • Use assessment data to modify short and long-term plans to promote students' academic performance.
    • Embrace and incorporate feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement.
  • Academic and Cultural Support:
    • Collaborate with content and grade-level teams to foster an environment of critical thinking and academic rigor.
    • Establish and maintain working relationships with students and families based on trust and respect.
    • Participate in daily school functions, such as morning, lunch, and afternoon supervisory duties.
    • Attend critical school events, including staff meetings, open houses, and parent-teacher conferences.
    • Develop individualized learning plans for students and communicate these plans to families during parent meetings and conferences.
    • Meet professional obligations, including timeliness and consistency in meeting deadlines.
Qualifications and Benefits

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and have demonstrated knowledge of the core subject area assigned. A valid Texas Teacher's certificate is required for Pre-K4 and Special Education positions. Additionally, you must commit to ongoing learning and development, offering and receiving constructive feedback.

We offer a competitive salary starting at $**65,000** per year, depending on location and experience, with opportunities for additional compensation elements up to **$47,000**. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs, and retirement plan options, among others.
