**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Eastern San Antonio. As a key member of our school-based program, you will work with students to identify and address speech and language disorders.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress and achieve IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and apply new techniques and strategies to therapy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Texas State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or completion of Clinical Fellowship (CF).
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
