The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. They will work closely with analytics leadership, providing project management support, driving the strategy for initiative development, and ensuring accountability for deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project timelines, set milestones, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination between analytics engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop frameworks to streamline project tracking, ensuring that deadlines are met and analytics initiatives remain on track.
  • Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into key program metrics.
  • Organize and facilitate productive team meetings, ensuring proper preparation, participation, and timely follow-up on action items.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in an analytics, data, or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools to communicate with technical teams effectively.
